OneSource Virtual stood out by posting 13 roles, most of them in Tax, at a moment when the company is pushing its payroll-tax product well beyond its Workday base. Tax as a category placed second overall with 68 new roles, behind Operational Accounting's 179, but it punched above its weight on pay: four of the five picks this week carry six-figure floors and top ends well above $250,000. The data desk finding worth noting: the same tax accountant title pays 26% more in New York than in California right now, which means location still moves the needle on disclosed ranges even in a fully remote market.
